Lap 59 sees a disastrous end of Stage 1 with a big crash that caught drivers like Jones, Suarez, William Byron, and Jimmie Johnson in a mix. Behind the calamity, Kurt Busch nailed that stage. In the 100th lap, Keselowski's contact with Chase Elliot triggered another big one that caught Danica Patrick and Casey Kahne onto it. Ryna Blaney scored his Stage 2 win. In Lap 199, just as we thought the race is almost over, another big one triggered and it's definitely the biggest in this race. With that, a two-lap overtime was triggered.
After a chaotic Daytona 500, history finally repeat itself as the #3 car, driven by Austin Dillon, wins the 60th outing of The Great American Race. 20 years ago, the #3 car of the legendary Dale Earnhardt Sr. won the Daytona 500 and now, it's happening again, thanks to Dillon himself.
