Last Sunday's Kobalt 400 race of the 2017 NASCAR Monster Energy Cup, held at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, is proven to be quite a desperate one for season leader Brad Keselowski as his strong lead in the race has beem crushed followed a slight mishap, paving way for the race's winner, Martin Truex, Jr.
It's not just about Keselowski, it's also about problems with Kyle Busch as well when he got slipped into the pit lane at the final lap during his onslaught with Joey Logano and he ended up in 22nd.
Despite finishing 5th, Keselowski is still in the points lead with 132 points, Larson's a point behind, and Chase Elliott's now 3 points behind the leader.
Next race is on the Phoenix International Raceway for the Camping World 500 this 19th of March.
