Of course, Pikachu may have lost the title of being "the best Pokemon all things considered" to Greninja, but that doesn't stop Pikachu from throwing its annual Pikachu Outbreak, occurred from the 7th to the 14th of August at Yokohama Minato Mirai, and because it's Pokemon's 20th anniversary after all, it was the biggest Pikachu outbreak ever occurred since two years ago.
