Another round, another love-hate scenario as expected on the F1 2016 season as the Bahrain GP still retains that controversial elimination-style qualifying round that drivers showed dismayed over it. Sure, officials announced that they will revert it back to its classic qualifying but didn't happened when other teams couldn't unanimously agree.
Despite retaining the worst qualifying format, the battle between the best racers on the circuit we all know is still kicking on with some flips and flops among the elite drivers fighting for the podium and once again, Mercedes' Nico Rosberg wins it all, making it his fifth win in the row in his career while Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen placed 2nd and Lewis Hamilton placed 3rd. Other racers who made it to the finish line are Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat, Romain Grosjean from Haas, Max Verstappen from Toro Rosso, Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas from Williams, and Stoffel Vandoorne from McLaren-Honda.
The next race is set at China on the 17th of April.
