- Typhoon Glenda has maximum winds of 95kph with 120kph of gustiness and moving west at 28kph. Signal No. 2 was raised over the provinces of Albay, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Catanduanes and Sorsogon. It was forecast to hit Catanduanes Tuesday morning and would move towards the provinces of Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Southern Quezon, Laguna and Metro Manila.
