The GT-R N24 Schulze Motor Sports is
something that impresses the driver with its
class-leading victory.

Over the years, we never saw a Nissan GT-R R35 taking place at the legendary 24 Hours of Nurburgring. Previously, we just only saw the Nissan Falken GT-R R34 Race Car but with the R34's demise and with the debut of R35 in 2007, it's just wasn't enough to see if Godzilla endures the torture of the Ring. Suddenly, things have changed. At the 2011 24 Hours of Nurburgring held last June, a miracle happened. A Nissan R35 GT-R made its first appearance as a participant of the 2011 24 Hours of Nurburgring. Called the Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motor Sports, this racecar was driven by top racers such as Michael Schulze, Tobias Schulze, Yasuyoshi Yamamoto, and of course, the Gran Turismo creator, Kazunori Yamauchi.

What a scary looking face!

Despite technical problems, the GT-R N24 Schulze Motor Sports managed to hang in there, placing 36th overall but achieved an SP8T class victory at the Nurburgring 24 Hour Race, all thanks to the GT creator, Kazunori Yamauchi himself. Because of its impressive performance, they decided to add this racecar on Gran Turismo 5 SPEC II and fans can take part on its prestige and glory once felt after achieved a SP8T Class victory done by Yamauchi-san. We're really sure that the Gran Turismo creator himself brought this prestigious racing machine on SPEC II because this is a pure racing machine without compromise. So what is it then, this GT-R N24?

FACE TO FACE WITH AN INCREDIBLE RACER
AT BERN

Ordinarily, this GT-R N24 racer looks particularly similar than the GT-R Super GT racers but they are not related to each of their racing bloodlines. The GT-R N24 Schulze Motor Sports '11 model is the first GT-R ever to participate in the legendary 24 Hours of Nurburgring. It covers about 493HP of power and 1505kg of weight. Plus, it has a 4WD layout, making it an uncompromising speed machine that pushes the envelope of power and prestige.

Relieving the glory at the Nurburgring

Owners can tune it up as much as 672HP of power and yes, the settings can be adjustable to match its cornering attributes, then keep it on their new Settings Sheet. It takes hours to tune this prestigious Godzilla and with the right setting, that changes everything.

Would that be acceptable to have The Stig
drive this on The Top Gear Test Track?

It's great being the only Godzilla that participated the 24 Hours of Nurburgring since the Nissan FALKEN GT-R in the last decade but the Nissan GT-R N24 Schulze Motor Sports is something that made me smile. This is the kind of Godzilla that rattles the Nurburgring and its yours to keep once you've updated your GT5 to SPEC II. This is innovation for today, innovation for tomorrow.
