Based on the classic Pinoy movie by Joey Gosiengfao, the 2011 version of Temptation Island is the struggle of survival of survivors stuck on one deserted island. Heart Evangelista (Dwarfina) as Virginia, Lovi Poe as Serafina, Solenn Heussaff as Pura, and Marian Rivera (Marimar, Darna, Endless Love) as Cristina, are the contestants who are competing for the crown of Ms. Manila Sunshine. Their rivalry are tested on the deserted island where sexiness is the main target. The most crazy item on the 2011 version of Temptation Island is Serafina's maid, Nympha, played by Rufa Mae Quinto (Bubble Gang), also memorable is the dialog "I will sell my soul to the devil for a fresh glass of water" said by a character played by John "Sweet" Lapus (Here Comes The Bride) as Joshua.
The storyline for the 2011 version seems to be O.A. but all can forgiven with the hotness led by Heart, Lovi, Solenn, and Marian because the term "temptation" is the key role in Temptation Island. One thing that also made it more boring are the hunks on Temptation Island, especially Aljur Abrenica (Machete) as Alfred, Tom Rodriguez as Umberto, and Mikael Daez as Ricardo. It's difficult to distinguish what are the minor changes occurred on the new 2011 version of Temptation Island but still remains true to its original roots.
Most of them admit that they love the new Temptation Island thanks to the fanservice led by the girls of the movie, but not Nympha because she's Serafina's maid and she's only good at her Rufa Mae trademark punch lines. It was the best big thing under the supervision of Mother Lily Monteverde and congratulations for making it one heck of a blazing treat that made "fanservice" to the next level!
Are you ready to sell your soul to the devil for a fresh glass of water? Don't say we didn't warn you...
